How to Lose a Republic in One Election

Mr. Berg gave a great interview with Fox Toledo affiliate WUPW Channel 3 (there is a long version of the interview on their site). One point that Mr. Berg makes again is that the court needs get moving forward on this. These questions should not be allowed to persist through the election and possibly the inauguration.
I have been playing the nightmare scenarios over and over in my head and bouncing them off some colleagues and friends, I have not seen that amount of fear in anyone’s eyes in a long time.

Obama (I can not in good conscience call him Senator until he provides proof of citizenship, without which he is not qualified to hold his senate seat) is already in the process of employing the tactics of The Cloward-Piven Strategy of Orchestrated Crisis by having ACORN and its affiliates file so many fraudulent voter registration forms that they overwhelm the system in place to check and validate them. This strategy will work for him later as well.

Say the court case drags out, and election day rolls around, say for some reason Obama gets elected and then in December the Electoral College meets and cast their votes for him. Then he will officially be President Elect. Now we fast-forward to the inauguration and the oath of office, after this the only way to remove him is impeachment by the U.S. House of Representatives and then conviction in a trial by the Senate.
Do you honestly believe he would allow himself to be removed from office so easily?
Here is where it gets creepy.
When it becomes clear that the House may oppose him, he simply calls up his ACORN buddies and assorted other "community organizations" to begin a pattern of riots and civil unrest designed specifically to overwhelm the police and fire departments in major cities, following the Strategy of Orchestrated Crisis. Scenes and tales of this by the useful idiots in the media would deluge us all, so that the general population would feel helpless, like the whole world was coming apart. At that point, Obama will simply implement marshal law for the safety of the country. He of course would have to temporarily (or permanently) suspend the Constitution to do this. Do not think it cannot be done; it has been done before, in the last time of great national peril, the Civil War. By suspending the Constitution there would be no method to remove the sitting President, also no term limits, and if they posed any kind of threat dissolution of the Congress and Supreme Court. Without the safeguards and restraints the Constitution places on our government, well anything is possible. I would not be surprised if he did not declare himself dictator of his new totalitarian socialist state.

It may not be as far fetched as you think. This posting comes from pure speculation and I do not claim to have talked to anyone who says he is planning this. I cannot get away from asking what is he up to? Why the stall tactics and the mystery? I know he supplied that Hawaiian Birth Certificate and at first I to accepted it at face value. Since then I have been forced to examine another possibility.

Suppose this were you, suppose you sought a job of importance and your employer required absolute proof of your citizenship. Then suppose a coworker filed suit against you that threatened your future, claiming your birth certificate was a fake. This suit, if proven true, would end your career and your dreams and could possible land you in prison. Wouldn’t you send that birth certificate to the judge and to the court as soon as you were served and aware of the situation? Wouldn’t you make every effort to provide documents that are beyond reproach to clear your good name and keep your future intact?

This post is pure speculation. Questions have been asked and to the date of this post remain unanswered. That of course would not have been the case had Obama and the DNC simply provided records that are beyond contestation.
