In Mr. Bergs filing with the Federal Dist. court for the Eastern Dist. of Pennsylvania he alleges: Obama was not born on U.S. Soil, the filing claims he was born in Kenya. To a Kenyan national father and a U.S. National mother, who was 18. If he was born in Kenya, his mother would have had to have been 19 years old to claim U.S. Citizenship for Obama at the time of his birth. (Must have lived in US 5 years after age 14)
Even if as he alleges he was born in Hawaii, when his mother re-married and moved to Indonesia she renounced both her and Obama’s citizenship once there. Since that time Obama has never filed the proper paperwork with the U.S. State Dept. to regain said citizenship, if in fact it ever existed. That would make Obama as the filing alleges, an illegal alien who is not only unqualified to run for President, nor could he even be allowed to hold his current U.S. Senate seat.

The court filings are asking a justified question. You Mr. Obama want the American people to hire you as our next President. You want us to trust you with our national interests, our national defense and you want us to trust your judgement. You are asking alot from us but you do not think enough of the American people to prove you are qualified for the job.

Question everything I always say. So the questions as to Mr. Obama's (I still refuse to call him senator as his qualifications to hold that seat are not proven) citizenship status and place of birth have been posed. Now they must be answered BEFORE Election Day. I understand the position the Judge in this case has been placed in, he must protect the rights of all parties involved, he must adhere to the law and precedent, (no judge wants to be overturned on appeal) and he has to see the implications of this case. The interests of our nation as a whole hang in the balance and everyday this drags on we come closer to a national crisis, if we are not already in a Constitutional crisis.

More cases are being filed against individual Secretaries of State and Governors, this in not necessary but, the people of this great nation are not intent on sitting by and waiting for the worst disaster in our history of elections to happen. Mr. Obama could end all of these questions and put this all to rest, I have to wonder, by delaying what has Mr. Obama to gain?
What if anything does he have to hide?
I like so many others are asking the questions.
