Well Michelle, I would have warned you about Chris Mathews if you had asked, it was a good thing you were on satellite, Chris is the guy who gets a tingly feeling up his leg when he talks to Barry Obama.

Republican Rep. Michele Bachmann says she regrets using the term "anti-American" while discussing Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama's views, a remark that could threaten her re-election bid.

Only if you are in a stronly democratic district. There is nothing wrong with calling a socialist, blame America first very leftist liberal by his true name.

Bachmann told a Rotary Club luncheon on Friday

"I'm very concerned about Barack Obama's views. I don't believe that socialism is a good thing for America."

The Rotary Club luncheon was her first formal public appearance since Friday's interview, in which Matthews asked Bachmann if she believed Obama held anti-American views.

Her response was: "Absolutely. I'm very concerned that he may have anti-American views. That's what the American people are concerned about. That's why they want to know what his answers are." Bachmann said Tuesday she probably should have watched "Hardball" to see what it was like before she went on it.

Michelle is my new favorite representative. She was not afraid of Mathews and she showed it. She voices the concerns of most of the country when it comes to Obama’s honesty, judgment and his associations. I could not myself, in good conscience sit on a board with a terrorist. I would not endorse his book and I would never hold an important meeting in his living room. Obama did all of this with Bill Ayres.

Let me ask you this, would you befriend Timothy McVeigh if he were still alive? Would you be his pen pal? Would you let him in the same room with your kids? Of course not, so please tell me what the difference is, other than prosecutors did not muck up the McVeigh trial and were able to convict him. Ayers got off of his bombing charges on a technicality.

Michelle stands up for her principles and that is a quality that is so lacking in Washington. Most of the beltway bunch will tell you whatever they think you want to hear so long as you will donate to them and vote for them.

Michelle came to my attention during the Pork Barrel Bailout / Cover-up bill debate in the house. Watch her speech on the floor in opposition to it.

Added this video as an after thought. The Media claims Obama is not a Marxist, well Bill Ayers is a self proclaimed Marxist. Listen to the comments and see just exactly how Obama's ideaology tracks with William Ayers, then you decide.

I would say this vindicates anything Michelle Bachmann had to say about he Anti-Americans Bill Ayers and Barack Obama.
