Have you seen Obama’s Birth Certificate? His Certificate of Live Birth, not the Certification of Live Birth seen on his fight the smears website. Has anyone ever seen his actual birth certificate? It would seem there is a growing number of average citizens, Lawyers, candidates and members of the Electoral College who would like to see it as well. There seems to be a consensus of some judges that no one has the right to question a presidential candidates qualifications under Article II Section I of our Constitution.

The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.

The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

The California action was filed by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation on behalf of Alan Keyes, the presidential candidate of the American Independent Party, along with Wiley S. Drake and Markham Robinson, both California electors.
"Should Senator Obama be discovered, after he takes office, to be ineligible for the Office of President of the United States of America and, thereby, his election declared void, Petitioners, as well as other Americans, will suffer irreparable harm in that (a) usurper will be sitting as the President of the United States, and none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders signed by him will be valid or legal," the action challenges.
The petition is a request for the Superior Court of California in Sacramento County to issue a peremptory writ barring Secretary of State Debra Bowen "from both certifying to the governor the names of the California Electors, and from transmitting to each presidential Elector a Certificate of Election, until such documentary proof is produced and verified showing that Senator Obama is a 'natural born' citizen of the United States and does not hold citizenship of Indonesia, Kenya or Great Britain."
Named as defendants in the action are Bowen, Obama, vice president elect Joe Biden and the long list of California party electors.

It would seem an ever growing number of Americans both private citizens and public officials are questioning the Obama Camps refusal to release documents. Among the papers that have been withheld or purposefully sealed, his Birth Certificate, all of his college records, transcripts and papers, his Illinois Senate record and notes and any and all information about his activities and clients as a lawyer. If it were not for the internet it would never have come out that Obama once represented ACORN in a lawsuit and served as an ACORN instructor for community agitators organizers.

Obama Camp: Lawsuits by citizens are garbage

More than a half-dozen legal challenges have been filed in federal and state courts demanding President-elect Barack Obama's decertification from ballots or seeking to halt elector meetings, claiming he has failed to prove his U.S. citizenship status.
An Obama campaign spokeswoman told WND the complaints are unfounded.
"All I can tell you is that it is just pure garbage," she said. "There have been several lawsuits, but they have been dismissed."

They have not all been dismissed, some are still pending.

The story goes on to outline the status of several state and federal court cases challenging Obama’s qualifications to hold the office of the President. What is ironic and a common thread through most all of the cases, well the ones that have been adjudicated so far, they have not ruled on the merits of the claims. The rulings have been on technical issues, so far not one court has issued a ruling unequivocally stating Obama is a Natural Born Citizen.

On a related note the debate between the two sides of this issue has been heating up to a ferocious level. One site that has claimed it has tapes of Michelle Obama calling them and complaining of the negative coverage of Obama in the African Press and also admitting that Obama was indeed adopted by his Indonesian stepfather. (To date the API website has not produced the tape as they have promised for almost a month)
The ferocity of the debate about that tape and Obama’s qualifications has heated to the point that posters to another blog site are openly claiming responsibility for spamming and hacking the API website.

Both blog sites API and Mountain Sage are free WordPress hosted sites.
In the years I have been doing business on the internet and posting opinions here on this site I have learned if someone is up to no good they will most likely be using a free email address such as hotmail.com or yahoo.com. (not that all account holders using those email addresses are fraudsters, it is just an easy way to cover your tracks)
With the bickering back and forth of these two blogs and many others it is becoming clear that if you want factual information and intelligent, informed opinion you may want to steer clear of sites that have ANYTHING.wordpress.com in the url, as this is an untraceable, free blog hosting service so that anyone with a computer and internet connection can start a blog.

I have not included links to any of the wordpress sites mentioned, as I do not care to give them undue attention, you can however do a google search or a search on the wordpress site and you will find them.

I wish to make my disgust with the Mountain Sage page very clear.
It is perfectly fine to disagree with someone.
It is perfectly fine to defend your point of view.
I do not find any value what so ever in making it your life’s work to destroy anyone, either personally or professionally. If you disagree with API or you feel they have violated the wordpress TOS then fine, state that and move on.
Allowing your commentors to plot and brag of the hacking and spamming of another website is beyond the pale. No Webmaster, site owner or host should ever condone that kind of behavior.
It is illegal and it is unethical.
Would you appreciate it if someone set out to hack your pages and take them over or to spam your site to the point no one could use it?
