A general aviation airport that is supported by donations and fund raisers, not tax payer dollars. A small airport where many have learned to fly since its inception as an airport in 1943. Essex Skypark is the last general aviation airport in Maryland. The last of its kind, you would think that would be worth preserving in just that respect.
