In our society the states that have death penalty laws are much more prone to put a killer on death row if they find out the killer has been bragging about his crime. We have a city full of politicians who commit the most outrageous crimes against our society, economy and our constitution and now they have the nerve to lecture us on arrogance.

Have you seen Obama’s Birth Certificate? His Certificate of Live Birth, not the Certification of Live Birth seen on his fight the smears website. Has anyone ever seen his actual birth certificate? It would seem there is a growing number of average citizens, Lawyers, candidates and members of the Electoral College who would like to see it as well. There seems to be a consensus of some judges that no one has the right to question a presidential candidates qualifications under Article II Section I of our Constitution.

With the loss of the White House, more seats in the House and the Senate our nation faces what could be perilous if not radical socialist times. It therefore would be in the best interest of the nation if you Republican Senators who have lost your seats make one last effort on the part of our republic.
Philabuster the Senate!
Stop all proceedings in the Senate including the Electoral College process until the Senate brings to the floor votes on all of George W. Bushes Judicial appointments. Last I knew there are approximately 150 federal benches awaiting judges that the Senate has not voted on.

Reported on several blogs and websites the Berg v. Obama No. 08-cv-04083 suit brought in US Federal District Court for the Eastern District of PA has been dismissed. This has been now confirmed by postings on Bergs Obamacrimes.com website.
The order and memorandum came down at approximately 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Philip Berg's lawsuit challenging Illinois Sen. Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to serve as president of the United States had been dismissed by the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick on grounds that the Philadelphia attorney and former Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania lacked standing.

Update 10/24/2008: It appears that the court website that posts all court filings and rulings in PDF format is no longer allowing viewing or download of documents. I am not sure what this means. Could be a ruling in the case is forthcoming, could mean the judge has gag-ordered and sealed the precedings.
